Wallpaper and ceiling finishes are taking shape

Coworking space with wallpaper and wood-grain ceiling finishes

Interior construction at ONE COIN COWORKING, a 7-minute walk from Motomachi Station in Kobe, continues to move forward.

About a month after we started interior work, wall coverings and ceiling finishes are in place. The space is much closer to how it will look when we open.

Current progress

Coworking space with wallpaper, wood-grain ceiling, and flooring work underway

Calm grey wallpaper covers the main walls, with accent color in the back area. The ceiling has a wood-grain finish, and flooring is going in. Ceiling equipment such as air conditioning is also being installed.

Then and now

When work first began, the ceiling was still board substrate and the floor was exposed subfloor.

From framing and wiring through to walls, ceiling, and floor, fit-out has progressed steadily across the space.

What comes next

We will install lighting and furniture, then carry out final cleaning and inspections ahead of opening.
